Safely through the rain

How nice is it to be able to cycle safely through the rain?
Wear a helmet and a good rain scarf over it to protect against wind and wetness.

Testing in everyday traffic

While testing it, I fell a little in love with it myself.
It felt safe, but also comfortable.
Warm, without being stuffy.
Protected, without feeling closed off.

Going with the flow instead of blocking

What made the biggest difference for me was the freedom of movement.
The scarf turns with your head.
Your view remains open, left and right.
No dust to cling, no face to disappear into a hood.

Why comfort matters

If something feels comfortable, you will use it more often.
And what you use more often automatically contributes to safe behavior.
For me, that is part of good design.
